Request account & data deletion
The app only uses Sign in with Google, so your account is your Google account. There is no separate password.
Delete it in the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. The app asks you to confirm with Google, then deletes your account and listings right away.
Can’t open the app? Use this form
- Enter the email of the Google account you used to sign in to the app and submit the form.
- If an account exists for that email, we send it a confirmation message with a link that is valid for 30 minutes. For privacy, the page shows the same message whether or not an account exists.
- Open the link from that email to confirm. The deletion starts only after you confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account (name, email address and profile picture from Google).
- All marketplace listings you posted, with their photos.
- Reports you made or received, and your list of blocked users.
What is not deleted
- Scans and collections saved on your phone stay on the phone. Uninstalling the app removes them.
- Your Google account itself. To remove the app’s access, go to your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps & services.
- Purchases are handled by Apple or Google; manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.
- Some records may be kept for a limited time where the law requires it or for security and fraud prevention, as described in the Privacy Policy.
